Product Overview

This UL 94 flame chamber testing machine features both horizontal and vertical configurations for comprehensive flammability analysis. Constructed with durable stainless steel and a black interior for optimal visibility, the unit includes a large sliding window, adjustable specimen support, and precision gas flow controls.

Combustion test chamber: Sealed or ventilated controllable box (≥0.5m³ volume) made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel
Standard burner: Bunsen burner generates precise flames (50W flame height: 20±1mm)
Sample fixture: Adjustable to exact horizontal or vertical testing positions
Gas supply system: Supports ≥98% pure methane with high-precision flow meters and pressure gauges (gas not included)
